What you'll actually do

No two days look exactly the same! You'll have opportunities to:

• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with young children with autism and other developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Teach communication, social, emotional regulation, play, and independent living skills.
• Use play, creativity, and everyday activities to make learning engaging and meaningful.
• Support children through challenging moments using compassionate, trauma-informed strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and fellow team members to provide individualized care.
• Implement treatment plans, document progress, and celebrate the small victories that lead to big changes.

You'll work alongside experienced clinical professionals while developing skills that translate into careers in psychology, counseling, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, social work, education, and behavioral healthcare.

Previous experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health needs is valuable.

Employment: Full-time, in person

Locations: Madisonville, Ohio (1 minute from Oakley Station)

Commitment: Minimum one-year employment commitment

Compensation: $18-$21.50 per hour with guarenteed hours
