What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-tier pest protection, communicate clearly, and demonstrate customer focus in every interaction.
- Identify pest issues both inside and outside homes or businesses, full training provided.
- Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services that help customers feel secure and informed.
- Follow all safety protocols while conducting services, handling equipment, and applying treatments to protect yourself, your team, and customers.
- Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly while adhering to best practices.
- Use handheld devices to accurately log findings, complete service reports, and track customer interactions efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
