Who We Are
For over 28 years, ACTA has been a family- and therapist-owned and operated pediatric therapy practice serving children throughout Metro Atlanta. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy to children from birth through age 18, accepting all insurance plans, including Medicaid and CMOs.
Our therapists provide services in children’s natural environments, including homes, schools, daycares, and through telehealth. By working with children where they live, learn, and play, we help families incorporate therapeutic strategies into everyday routines and achieve meaningful, functional outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
Contract Therapist Rates
- Evaluations: $85
- One-hour treatment sessions: $65–$70
Full-Time Employee Salary Range
- $79,000–$88,000 annually
Full-Time Employee Benefits

- SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer matching
- Paid time off and sick leave starting at 14 days annually, with rollover
- Six paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

- Continuing education: Two PTO days and $500 toward course fees annually
- Reimbursement for background checks and liability insurance

What You’ll Do
- Conduct pediatric evaluations, standardized assessments, and treatment sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching to support progress between sessions.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- A dedicated Physical Therapist with a passion for working with children.
- Experience evaluating and treating infants and children with developmental disabilities and gross motor delays.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- The ability to work independently, travel between treatment locations, and collaborate effectively with families and professionals.
- A commitment to family-centered, functional, and developmentally appropriate care.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Georgia Physical Therapy license in good standing.
- Pediatric experience preferred; candidates with strong pediatric interests and appropriate clinical preparation are encouraged to apply.
