Position Summary
The Physical Therapist administers to clients, according to physician’s orders, various evaluations and therapeutic procedures and maintains a client record in accordance with State and Federal Regulations. This is a professional-level position operating independently. Work situations are varied and require initiative, analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making.Requirements
- Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association or both; If licensed or registered prior to 1966, meets the alternative qualifications cited in the Medicare Conditions of Participation, Section 405, 12 or (1) (2) (3) (4)
- Licensed in the State of Washington as a physical therapist
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Current Washington state driver’s license
- Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience
- Experience in Medicare Certified Home Health preferred
- Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $123,593.60 - $167,211.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
