As a CRM Systems Analyst, you do more than configure systems — you solve human problems through technology. While automation and AI can enhance workflows, this role depends on critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate nuance. You’ll help determine what should be automated, why it matters, and how solutions should be designed to serve real people.
The CRM Systems Analyst sits at the intersection of data, systems, and decision-making, partnering with stakeholders to interpret needs, balance tradeoffs, and design solutions that technology alone cannot define. Your insight, curiosity, and ability to think contextually are what turn tools into impact.
What You’ll Do
In this CRM Systems Analyst role, you will apply solutions-oriented thinking to complex challenges by:
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements to design and implement CRM solutions, automations, workflows, and integrations that improve efficiency and constituent engagement
- Administering CRM configurations, releases, roles, permissions, and access controls with an emphasis on thoughtful data governance
- Managing small to medium CRM projects, using judgment to prioritize requirements and deliver scalable enhancements
- Partnering with users to evaluate processes, ask the right questions, and recommend improvements rooted in real-world use
- Supporting CRM security, data integrity, vendor coordination, and system optimization efforts
Requirements
We’re looking for a CRM Systems Analyst who brings strong technical skills and human-centered problem solving, including:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of full-time experience supporting CRM systems, enterprise applications, or business systems
- Experience with integrations, data mapping, imports/exports, and relational database concepts (SQL or SOQL)
- The ability to translate business needs into system solutions using logic, judgment, and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with a solutions-first mindset and comfort managing competing priorities to meet project timelines
What we want:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or comparable Salesforce certification
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development
- Experience working with one or more Salesforce clouds (i.e. Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Experience administering or supporting enterprise CRM platforms, including workflow automation and business process configuration, and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of data structures, DDL/DML concepts, and data quality best practices within CRM or enterprise system environments
Why You’ll Love It Here
As a CRM Systems Analyst, you’ll work in an environment that values expertise, curiosity, and thoughtful decision-making over one-size-fits-all solutions. You’ll be trusted to assess tradeoffs, recommend the right approach, and continuously improve how technology supports people. We invest in growth, value collaboration, and empower the CRM Systems Analyst to think critically, design intentionally, and solve problems in ways AI alone cannot.
Ready to Build What’s Next?
If you’re motivated by solving meaningful problems, using technology with purpose, and applying human insight where it matters most, we’d love to meet you. Apply today to become our next CRM Systems Analyst and help shape solutions that truly make a difference.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a CRM Business Analyst
Align your credentials to the right TN category
CRM Business Analyst roles can qualify under either Management Consultant or Computer Systems Analyst. Your degree field and job description must match the category your employer selects, so clarify this before any offer is finalized.
Request a TN-specific support letter early
Ask your employer to draft a support letter that maps your CRM duties directly to the USMCA category definition. Vague job descriptions referencing generic analyst work are a common reason CBP requests clarification or denies entry.
Target employers with dedicated immigration HR teams
Mid-size and enterprise companies that use Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics at scale are more likely to have HR processes already set up for TN filings, reducing delays between offer and your start date.
Search for TN-sponsored CRM roles using Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter CRM Business Analyst postings by TN visa sponsorship availability. It surfaces roles from employers who have actively sponsored TN workers, saving you from applying to companies unfamiliar with the process.
Prepare for category questions at the Canadian port of entry
Canadian citizens apply for TN status directly at the border. CBP officers may ask how your CRM role differs from general IT or project management work. Have a one-minute explanation of your duties ready and bring your support letter and degree transcripts.
Confirm your employer understands TN does not require PERM or USCIS filing for Canadians
Some HR teams mistakenly treat TN sponsorship like H-1B and quote long internal timelines. For Canadian applicants, no USCIS petition is needed, which means your start date can be set within days of border approval.

Find CRM Business Analyst JobsCRM Business Analyst TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a CRM Business Analyst role qualify for TN visa status?
Yes, but the qualification depends on how the role is classified. CRM Business Analyst positions typically qualify under either the Computer Systems Analyst or Management Consultant category in the USMCA schedule. Your employer's support letter must describe your duties in terms that clearly match one of these categories. A generic analyst job description that blends IT and business functions can create ambiguity at the port of entry.
How does TN visa sponsorship for CRM Business Analysts compare to H-1B?
TN has no annual lottery and no cap for Canadian citizens, so there's no waiting period tied to a random selection process. H-1B registration opens once a year and approval is not guaranteed. For CRM Business Analysts with a qualifying degree, TN is a faster and more predictable path. Mexican citizens face a separate TN allocation and must go through consular processing, but still avoid the H-1B lottery entirely.
What documents does a Canadian CRM Business Analyst need at the border?
You need your Canadian passport, a support letter from your U.S. employer on company letterhead describing the CRM role and confirming it qualifies under the USMCA, and proof of your educational credentials such as a degree certificate or official transcripts. If your degree is in a field adjacent to the role, bring any documentation that strengthens the connection between your qualifications and your specific CRM responsibilities.
Where can I find CRM Business Analyst jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Canadian and Mexican professionals searching for roles that may qualify for TN visa status. You can filter CRM Business Analyst postings by visa type so you're only seeing opportunities from employers with recent visa filings and experience sponsoring work visas, rather than applying broadly and asking each company whether they'll support your TN application.
Can a Mexican CRM Business Analyst get TN status without going through a U.S. consulate?
No. Unlike Canadian citizens who can obtain TN status at a U.S. port of entry, Mexican nationals must apply for a TN visa through a U.S. consulate in Mexico before traveling. The application requires the same employer support letter and credentials documentation. Consular processing timelines vary by location and appointment availability, so you should factor this into your start date negotiation with your employer.
