- Review case files, legal work, and closed cases to ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Conduct and supervise litigation involving significant legal issues affecting low-income communities.
- Coordinate client intake, caseload distribution, office priorities, and legal appeals.
- Participate in staff recruitment, hiring recommendations, performance evaluations, and administrative management.
- Promote community outreach to farmworkers across Yuma, Maricopa, and other Arizona counties when feasible.
- Foster collaboration, communication, and resource sharing across offices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of civil legal experience, preferably in legal services.
- Active license to practice law in Arizona.
- Ability to speak and write Spanish.
- Demonstrated commitment to serving low-income communities.
