Company Description
We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18000+ experts across 40 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We are looking for great new colleagues. That is where you come in!
Job Description
We're looking for a Principal Product Strategy Consultant to help clients navigate uncertainty, identify opportunities, and make better decisions. This is a consulting role for someone who is equally comfortable discussing business strategy, product opportunities, emerging technologies, AI, customer experience, and execution. You'll work directly with senior leaders, product teams, business stakeholders, and transformation teams to help organizations understand what matters, where value can be created, and what they should do next. Some engagements may focus on new products and services. Others may focus on AI transformation, customer experience, innovation, operating models, or new business opportunities. The common thread is helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity and from ideas to action. We are looking for someone who can see opportunities, shape vision, build conviction, and help organizations move forward.
- Help clients identify opportunities at the intersection of business, technology, products, and AI
- Lead discovery efforts, executive workshops, and strategic conversations
- Facilitate discussions that help organizations align around priorities and decisions
- Shape product, experience, innovation, and transformation strategies
- Develop strategic narratives, visions, recommendations, and roadmaps
- Help clients understand where AI creates meaningful value and where it does not
- Translate emerging technologies into practical opportunities and business outcomes
- Work closely with designers, engineers, consultants, and client teams to shape future-state concepts and implementation approaches
- Contribute to thought leadership, methods, frameworks, and reusable approaches that strengthen Product Studio's capabilities
- Support strategic pursuits and help shape new opportunities for Nagarro
Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience helping organizations identify opportunities, shape direction, and make decisions in complex environments
- Excellent workshop facilitation and executive communication skills
- The ability to connect business objectives, customer needs, technology capabilities, and execution realities
- Strong product fluency and understanding of how successful products, services, and experiences are created
- Deep curiosity about technology, AI, and how they are changing industries, organizations, and customer expectations
- Experience working with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that create meaningful business value
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping others navigate it
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create narratives that build understanding and conviction
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and learning
We value people who have built things themselves. Products. Businesses. Ventures. Capabilities. New initiatives. Experience creating something from nothing often matters more than experience advising others how to do it.
Enterprise Context Matters
Most of our clients are large organizations navigating technology, AI, product, and business transformation challenges. Experience in enterprise, consulting, technology, software, product, innovation, or transformation environments is highly valuable. We're less interested in traditional product management experience and more interested in people who can help organizations understand change, identify opportunities, and create momentum.
AI and Emerging Technology
AI is increasingly reshaping products, services, customer experiences, workflows, and business models. We're looking for someone who actively builds with AI, understands where it creates value, and can help organizations turn emerging capabilities into practical opportunities. The goal is not to talk about AI. The goal is to help clients understand what matters and what actions are worth taking.
Portfolio And Experience
Please include examples that demonstrate:
- Product strategy work
- Innovation or transformation initiatives
- Workshop facilitation
- Strategic narratives and vision development
- Business, product, or technology strategy
- AI-related initiatives or opportunities you have helped shape
- Products, ventures, or initiatives you have personally helped build
We're interested in understanding how you think, how you make decisions, and how you help organizations move forward. Be prepared to discuss your role, contributions, trade-offs, and outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
A year from now:
- Clients actively seek out your perspective and trust your ability to help them navigate uncertainty and identify opportunities.
- Executive teams have greater clarity and confidence because of the strategies, visions, and recommendations you help create.
- Your workshops and engagements consistently help organizations move from discussion to action.
- Product Studio is recognized for helping organizations identify practical opportunities at the intersection of business, technology, products, and AI.
- Frameworks, methods, and approaches you develop are being used across the practice.
- Your work contributes to new opportunities, stronger client relationships, and expanded engagements.
- You have helped raise the strategic capability of Product Studio through collaboration, thought leadership, and sharing what works.
A Portfolio Is Required.
We're looking for evidence of strategic thinking, facilitation, opportunity creation, product thinking, and business impact. The strongest candidates will be able to demonstrate not only what they recommended, but what happened because of it. If this sounds like the kind of work you enjoy, we'd love to hear from you.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Product Consultant
Frame your credentials around management consulting
Product Consultant roles qualify under the TN visa Management Consultant category, not a generic technology classification. Your resume and degree must visibly connect to organizational decision-making and advisory work, not just product development or engineering execution.
Target employers experienced with visa sponsorship
Companies that have filed work visa petitions for similar consulting roles understand visa sponsorship processes and likely have the infrastructure to support TN visa applications. Focusing on employers with recent visa filings helps identify organizations experienced with sponsoring international talent for professional roles like yours.
Resolve your offer letter's scope language before crossing the border
CBP officers assess your TN eligibility at the port of entry based on your offer letter. Vague scope language like 'product support' rather than 'management consulting services' creates real denial risk. Get the letter revised before you travel, not after.
Use Migrate Mate to filter roles by sponsorship history
Searching broadly wastes time on employers who won't sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces Product Consultant roles from companies with active TN and H-1B visa sponsorship history, so you're applying to employers already set up to file on your behalf.
Prepare a credential evaluation if your degree is non-U.S.
A Canadian or Mexican degree in business administration or engineering typically satisfies the TN requirement, but CBP officers may request documentation of equivalency. Having a credential evaluation from a NACES-member organization ready prevents delays at the port of entry.
Ask your employer about Canadian versus Mexican processing differences
Canadian citizens can obtain TN status directly at a U.S. port of entry on the day of travel. Mexican nationals must apply through a U.S. consulate and schedule an appointment in advance. Confirm your employer's filing timeline accounts for the correct process for your nationality.
Product Consultant TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Product Consultant role qualify for TN visa status?
Yes, if the role is structured around advisory and consulting services rather than purely technical execution. USCIS and CBP classify qualifying TN roles under the Management Consultant category. Your offer letter must describe duties that align with organizational analysis, strategy, or process improvement, not just product feature work or software support.
How does TN visa sponsorship for Product Consultants compare to H-1B?
TN has no annual lottery and no cap for Canadian citizens, so employers can sponsor you at any point in the year and you can start work immediately upon approval at the port of entry. H-1B requires entering a lottery with roughly a 25% selection rate and a mandatory October 1 start date. For Product Consultants whose roles fit the Management Consultant category, TN is typically faster and more predictable than H-1B.
Where can I find Product Consultant jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Canadian and Mexican professionals seeking TN-eligible roles. It filters Product Consultant listings by employer sponsorship history so you're not spending time on companies that won't file. Applying through a targeted list of sponsorship-ready employers shortens the job search considerably.
Can I switch employers while on TN status as a Product Consultant?
Yes, but your TN status is tied to your current employer and approved role. Before you start with a new company, that employer must sponsor a new TN petition or you must obtain new TN status at a port of entry or consulate. Working for a new employer without completing this step puts you out of status.
What happens if CBP denies my TN application at the border?
If a CBP officer determines your Product Consultant role doesn't qualify under the Management Consultant category, you can be denied entry and required to return to Canada or Mexico. You can reapply with a revised offer letter that more clearly describes consulting duties, or your employer can file Form I-129 with USCIS for advance approval before your next travel attempt.
