Job Summary
Why Geisinger: Geisinger is operationalizing AI at scale across one of the nation's most integrated health systems, moving beyond pilots and proof of concepts to build capabilities that change how care is delivered and how operations run. This role works across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy functions alongside AI product development and organizational leadership to identify and advance the AI opportunities that matter most. This role is where AI strategy becomes reality. You will own the product vision and delivery roadmap for a portfolio of clinical and operational AI initiatives, working across one of the most integrated health systems in the country to build solutions that change how care is delivered and how the organization runs. Position Summary: This is a role for someone who wants to lead AI product work that actually matters. You will define and drive the roadmap for AI initiatives across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy domains, taking ideas from discovery through validation, deployment, and scale. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and operational leaders to build AI solutions that are clinically sound, operationally viable, and genuinely adopted. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog. It is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes.

- Evaluate build, buy, and partner options for new capabilities, bringing a rigorous and evidence first perspective to make versus procure decisions
- Ensure AI products meet clinical validation requirements and are ready for frontline use, working with clinical informatics, compliance, and legal stakeholders as needed

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Senior AI Product Manager
Align your credentials to Computer Systems Analyst
TN approval for AI product management hinges on framing your background under the Computer Systems Analyst category. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field strengthens your case over a business or MBA credential.
Target employers with existing TN filing experience
Companies that have sponsored TN visas before understand the port-of-entry process and won't stall on unfamiliar paperwork. Ask recruiters directly whether they've processed TN applications recently, particularly for product or technical roles.
Get your offer letter to specify systems analysis duties
The offer letter is your primary TN supporting document. It must describe your role in terms of analyzing and implementing AI systems, not just managing roadmaps. Vague product titles without technical framing are a common reason officers question eligibility.
Use Migrate Mate to find employers actively sponsoring TN roles
Searching broadly wastes time on companies unfamiliar with TN requirements. Migrate Mate filters Senior AI Product Manager jobs by TN visa sponsorship history, so you're applying where the path is already established.
Prepare for port-of-entry adjudication as a Canadian
Canadian citizens don't submit a USCIS petition. You present your documents directly to a CBP officer at the border or pre-clearance. Bring your offer letter, degree transcripts, and a concise explanation of how your AI product role fits the Computer Systems Analyst definition.
Confirm your employer understands TN status limitations before signing
TN status is employer-specific and non-immigrant by classification. If your offer includes equity that vests over four or more years, verify your employer will support renewal filings on the same schedule, since each TN is issued for up to three years.

Find Senior AI Product Manager JobsSenior AI Product Manager TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Senior AI Product Manager role qualify for a TN visa?
It can qualify, but it depends on how the role is framed. TN visas don't list product manager as a qualifying occupation, so most successful applicants position the role under Computer Systems Analyst. Your offer letter and degree must support a systems analysis interpretation of the work, with clear technical duties involving AI system design, integration, or evaluation.
How does TN compare to H-1B for Senior AI Product Manager roles?
TN has no lottery, no annual cap for Canadians, and no USCIS petition filing period. If you're Canadian and have a qualifying offer, you can be approved at the port of entry the same day. H-1B requires a lottery selection in April, a six-month wait, and substantial employer filing costs. For senior technical roles with clear systems analysis duties, TN is a faster and more predictable path.
How do I find Senior AI Product Manager jobs that sponsor TN visas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces Senior AI Product Manager roles filtered by TN visa sponsorship, so you're not sifting through postings from employers unfamiliar with the process. Applying to companies with prior TN experience significantly reduces offer-to-start timelines and avoids delays caused by employer confusion about CBP adjudication.
What documents does my employer need to prepare for my TN application?
Your employer needs to provide a detailed support letter on company letterhead that describes your role in terms of analyzing and implementing computer or AI systems, your job title, anticipated duration, and confirmation that you hold a qualifying degree. The TN process is streamlined—for Canadians, you present this letter directly at the U.S. border or port of entry, while Mexicans submit it with their application at a U.S. consulate. There's no government filing or certification step required, which simplifies the employer's sponsorship process considerably.
Can Mexican nationals get TN sponsorship for AI product management roles?
Yes, but the process differs from Canadian applicants. Mexican nationals must apply for a TN visa at a U.S. consulate in Mexico rather than seeking admission directly at the port of entry, and they are subject to an annual allocation under USMCA. The same Computer Systems Analyst occupational category applies, and the same documentation standards for degree and role framing are required.
