- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, and support budgeting and tax-related tasks.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain organized records using spreadsheets and accounting software.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bookkeeper experience and accounting and finance experience, with knowledge of accounting, financial concepts, technical accounting, and accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing, account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and financial report writing.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage, Xero, Quicken, or other accounting systems and financial software.
- Public, corporate, non-profit, or governmental accounting experience; tax experience is a plus.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and 10-key typing ability.

- Pay: $33.01 - $39.75 per hour
