Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Table Games Supervisor
Document your supervisory credentials specifically
Casino commissions and tribal gaming authorities issue supervisor certifications that TN officers recognize as specialty occupation evidence. Gather your provincial or state gaming license, any dealer certification progression records, and letters confirming your direct reports and shift responsibilities.
Target tribal and commercial casino operators directly
Large tribal gaming enterprises and commercial casino groups with multistate footprints sponsor work visas regularly and have HR teams experienced with visa processes. Approaching their gaming operations directors rather than general HR increases your odds of reaching someone who understands employer sponsorship requirements and can connect you with the right contacts for your visa application.
Clarify the specialty occupation framing upfront
TN officers scrutinize Table Games Supervisor roles because the title can sound purely operational. Ask your prospective employer to frame the offer letter around supervisory authority, compliance oversight, and game protection responsibilities rather than dealer scheduling alone.
Use Migrate Mate to identify TN-ready employers
Search Migrate Mate for Table Games Supervisor roles filtered by TN visa sponsorship. It surfaces employers who have sponsored international workers before, saving you from cold-applying to properties with no cross-border hiring experience.
Prepare your Canadian border crossing packet carefully
Canadian citizens adjudicate TN status at the port of entry. Bring your employer's support letter, your offer letter, proof of Canadian citizenship, and your gaming credentials in a single organized packet. CBP officers cannot request missing documents later the way a consulate can.
Understand TN visa requirements before negotiating your offer
Your employer will need to provide a support letter documenting your supervisory qualifications and salary. Ensure the salary reflects your Table Games Supervisor responsibilities—offering a wage significantly below market rates for supervisory positions could raise questions during your port of entry inspection or consulate review. Present all documentation clearly to support your role's legitimacy.

Find Table Games Supervisor JobsTable Games Supervisor TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Table Games Supervisor role qualify for TN visa status?
Yes, but the job duties have to support a specialty occupation finding. A pure floor supervisor role focused only on dealer rotation may not qualify. The offer letter needs to emphasize supervisory authority, game protection compliance, regulatory reporting, and staff performance management to meet the TN specialty occupation standard CBP applies at entry.
How does TN visa sponsorship for this role compare to H-1B?
TN has no annual lottery and no cap for Canadian citizens, so your employer can sponsor you any time of year and you can start immediately after approval. H-1B requires entering the lottery in March, waiting until October 1 if selected, and surviving a multi-month adjudication. For Table Games Supervisors, TN is faster and more predictable when the role qualifies.
Where can I find Table Games Supervisor jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It filters job listings by visa type so you can find Table Games Supervisor openings where the employer has already indicated willingness to sponsor TN status, rather than sorting through postings that only accommodate U.S. citizens or green card holders.
What documentation does my employer need to provide for TN sponsorship?
Your employer prepares a support letter describing your supervisory duties, your USMCA professional category, and your intended employment period. Canadian citizens present this letter at the U.S. port of entry during their TN application. Mexican citizens submit the letter through their U.S. consulate appointment. The entire process typically takes one to two weeks from offer to approval.
Can I switch employers while working in the U.S. on a TN visa?
Yes, but you cannot start working for the new casino or gaming operator until you have new TN authorization. Canadian citizens can obtain that authorization at a port of entry with the new employer's support letter. Mexican citizens need to apply at a U.S. consulate with the new employer's support letter. There is no grace period that permits starting work before the new TN is approved.
