Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. The UX Design Intern will help the Consumer UX Design team with design system maintenance and UX design needs. The role offers hands-on experience in supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Interns will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to learn how products are researched, designed, and delivered in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
- Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
- Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
- Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
