Responsibilities
- Create test plans, test cases, and validation reports for ECU Sleep/Wakeup and Reset features.
- Validate ECU power state transitions (Run, Sleep, Standby, Wakeup).
- Test wakeup sources including CAN, LIN, Ignition, Network Management, and GPIO triggers.
- Validate Reset scenarios such as Power-On Reset, Watchdog Reset, Software Reset, and Brown-Out Reset.
- Execute testing on ECU benches, HIL setups, and vehicle platforms.
- Analyze CAN/LIN traces, debug failures, and perform root cause analysis.
- Track defects and collaborate with software, systems, and integration teams.
- Support test automation and continuous validation activities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in automotive ECU validation and testing.
- Strong understanding of ECU power modes, Sleep/Wakeup, and Reset behavior.
- Hands-on experience with CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and UDS diagnostics.
- Proficiency with Vector CANoe/CANalyzer and automotive test tools.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and validation reports.
- Experience in test automation.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Network Management, and ECU state management is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAPL, Python, or test automation frameworks is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Computer Engineering, or related field.
