The impact you’ll make
Performs inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes. Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met. Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays. May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.
What you’ll do
The candidate will preferably have experience working with or in the semiconductor industry in an Incoming QA department. Day-to-day work will include first article inspection and regular incoming inspection.

- Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.
Preferred qualifications
- The candidate must have experience using the following equipment:
- Microscope
- Micrometers
- Dial Test Indicators
- Variety of power/hand tool & surface gaging instruments digital camera
- Must be able to interpret technical drawings and have a highly proficient knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) application.
- Must be proficient using PC (laptop), familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to create detailed inspection reports to internal customers.
- Experience with SAP preferred or similar MRP system.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be trustworthy and can work independently.
- Effective communication skills, and the ability to work with others in a team environment.

Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $25.00 - $49.04.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
