A BIT ABOUT US
Our client is a global manufacturer of advanced fluid power systems and thermal management solutions serving OEMs across industrial, mobile equipment, and infrastructure markets. This division designs and manufactures large engine cooling systems entirely in-house—from raw materials through finished assemblies—including radiators, charge air coolers, bar plate heat exchangers, heat exchangers, and electronic fan controls. - Competitive compensation: $120K-$140K base + up to $10K bonus + full benefits + relocation assistance if needed
- Direct ownership over a high-growth product line tied to explosive data center infrastructure demand
- Opportunity to work with major OEMs, generator packagers, and engineering firms supporting mission-critical backup power systems

- Strong leadership visibility and influence across sales, engineering, operations, and executive leadership
- Growing market with long-term infrastructure tailwinds driven by data centers, backup power demand, and grid reliability concerns

Which companies sponsor visas for technical product managers in Indiana?
Indianapolis-based employers are the most active sponsors for technical product manager roles in Indiana. Companies like Salesforce (which maintains a significant Indiana presence), Eli Lilly, Cummins, and Anthem (now Elevance Health) have filed H-1B applications for product-related positions. Smaller healthtech and fintech firms in the Indianapolis metro area also sponsor, though less frequently than large enterprise employers.
Which visa types are most common for technical product manager roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for technical product managers in Indiana, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1B or O-1 visa status sometimes transfer to H-1B after initial employment. TN visa status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying product management roles.
Which cities in Indiana have the most technical product manager sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the overwhelming majority of technical product manager sponsorship opportunities in Indiana. The city's concentration of healthcare technology companies, financial services firms, and enterprise software operations drives most hiring activity. Fort Wayne and Bloomington see occasional openings, often tied to manufacturing technology or university-affiliated research, but Indianapolis remains the primary destination for international candidates in this role.
How to find technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters technical product manager roles in Indiana by visa sponsorship willingness, so you're not sorting through listings from employers who won't sponsor. Focus your search on Indianapolis-headquartered companies in healthtech, enterprise software, and logistics technology, where sponsorship history for product roles is strongest. Migrate Mate's filters let you narrow by role type and state simultaneously.
Are there state-specific considerations for technical product managers seeking sponsorship in Indiana?
Indiana does not have state-level visa sponsorship programs, so all sponsorship goes through federal pathways like the H-1B. Employers must pay the Department of Labor's prevailing wage for the Indianapolis or relevant metro area, which is determined by job zone and education level for product manager roles. Purdue University and Indiana University produce engineering graduates who often compete for the same roles, so prior product experience strengthens applications from international candidates.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored technical product manager jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
