Marvin Windows in Kansas City, KS is seeking a dynamic Shift Production Manager to lead and develop our production teams. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence by ensuring key performance goals related to Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery are achieved. As a hands-on leader, the Shift Production Manager will coach, mentor, and develop production leaders at all levels, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
Days: 6:00am – 4:00pm

- Lead and support production operations, ensuring employees and supervisors have the resources, guidance, and accountability needed to achieve operational goals.
- Manage supervisor performance through regular feedback, development planning, and alignment with departmental objectives and business priorities.
- Drive efficient production by optimizing workflow, workforce utilization, and scheduling practices to meet customer demand while controlling costs.
- Foster a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence through effective communication, problem-solving, and talent development.
- Champion workplace safety, product quality, and operational performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing sustainable improvements.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field(s) preferred.
- Previous experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong Leadership Competencies including relationship building, alignment, development of others, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
