What is built in the lab does not leave the lab, it is strictly for testing purposes. Everything goes to the test lab, battery testing. Mixing chemicals, coating rooms, assemble/cut electrodes and assemble them into various battery types.
REQUIREMENTS

Education - High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred

Years of experience - at least 2 years

Do not need battery experience, this is a plus.
