Position Overview
As a skilled Technician dedicated to Used Car operations, you will play a key role in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing pre-owned vehicles to BMW standards and beyond. This position is ideal for a technician who values consistency, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced dealership environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
- Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations
- Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
Our Ideal Candidate Qualities Include:
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Must have at least 2 years of dealership experience
- European brand experience and certification a plus (BMW experience is preferred but not required)
- Passionate about the brand and eager to pursue a career with us
- Must demonstrate a commitment to producing quality results while maintaining high flag hours
- Must be ambitious and a self-starter
- Adept at navigating technology and keeping up to date with industry trends
- Valid Driver's license in good standing
