Position Title: Epic Credentialed Trainer
Department: Med/Surg; Specialty Clinic
Reports to: Director, Med/Surg; Director, Oncology, Infusion, & Specialty Clinic

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Will Do:
As an Epic Credentialed Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering and coordinating Epic education programs for staff and providers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize curriculum developed by Principle Trainers to deliver Epic training programs
- Facilitate training, competency validation, and end-user support
- Develop educational materials and eLearning content
- Administer LMS training functions
- Collaborate with leadership to promote effective adoption, optimization, and ongoing use of Epic applications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What You’ll Bring:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, Epic systems, Microsoft Office products, and relevant web-based technologies
- Strong customer service, training, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, adapt to change, and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while building positive relationships
What You’ll Need:
- Associate's degree in healthcare, health information management, business, computer science, education, or related field; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of Nebraska
- A minimum of two years of healthcare, education, training, information systems, or related experience is preferred
- Experience facilitating adult learning, curriculum development, educational program coordination, or Epic/electronic health record (EHR) training preferred
