Which companies sponsor visas for product analysts in New Hampshire?
Technology and financial services employers account for most product analyst visa sponsorships in New Hampshire. BAE Systems, Fidelity Investments, and Oracle have established offices in the state and a documented history of H-1B sponsorship for analytical and product roles. Healthcare technology firms in the Manchester area have also sponsored product analysts, though sponsorship decisions depend on the specific role, business need, and the employer's legal team.
Which visa types are most common for product analyst roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for product analyst roles in New Hampshire, as these positions typically qualify as specialty occupations requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as business, statistics, or computer science. Candidates already on OPT or STEM OPT extension may also work for a sponsoring employer before H-1B filing. The O-1 is an option for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement, though it is less frequently used in product analyst hiring.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most product analyst sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is the primary hub for product analyst roles in New Hampshire, as the state's largest city and its main center for technology and financial services employment. Nashua follows closely, benefiting from proximity to the Massachusetts border and a cluster of technology and defense contractors. Bedford and Portsmouth also have employer concentrations worth monitoring, particularly in healthcare IT and software development sectors.
How to find product analyst visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for roles that include visa sponsorship, making it practical to search for product analyst positions in New Hampshire without sorting through employers who do not sponsor. You can narrow results by state and role type to see which New Hampshire employers are currently hiring. This saves time compared to manually researching each company's sponsorship history.
Are there state-specific factors that affect product analyst sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire does not have a state income tax, which influences employer compensation structuring and can affect prevailing wage comparisons used in H-1B Labor Condition Applications. The state's proximity to Boston means some employers treat New Hampshire offices as satellite locations, and LCA prevailing wage determinations reference the specific county or metropolitan area where the work is performed. Product analysts working remotely for an out-of-state employer may have a different prevailing wage on their LCA than those working on-site in Manchester or Nashua.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
