Which companies sponsor visas for product analysts in Oklahoma?
The most active visa sponsors for product analyst roles in Oklahoma tend to be large employers in energy, healthcare, and financial services. Companies like Devon Energy, ONEOK, Paycom, and Integris Health have histories of H-1B sponsorship. Paycom, headquartered in Oklahoma City, is particularly notable for tech and product roles. Sponsorship activity is concentrated among employers with established international hiring infrastructure rather than smaller regional firms.
Which visa types are most common for product analyst roles in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa for product analyst positions in Oklahoma, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business analytics, computer science, or statistics. Some candidates enter through OPT following graduation from Oklahoma universities. TN visas are an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role and credentials meet the treaty's requirements.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most product analyst sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City accounts for the majority of product analyst sponsorship activity in the state, driven by corporate headquarters for companies like Paycom and a concentration of energy and healthcare employers. Tulsa is the secondary market, with ONEOK and several midstream energy companies posting product and data-oriented roles. Smaller markets like Norman and Stillwater see occasional openings tied to university-adjacent businesses and regional healthcare networks.
How to find product analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to browse product analyst openings in Oklahoma without sorting through roles that won't support international candidates. You can filter by state and role type to surface positions at Oklahoma employers actively willing to sponsor. This saves significant time compared to manually researching each company's sponsorship history across unfiltered job listings.
Are there any state-specific considerations for product analysts pursuing sponsorship in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma's economy is heavily tied to energy, so product analyst roles at oil and gas companies often require domain familiarity with upstream or midstream operations alongside core analytics skills. The state's lower cost of living means prevailing wage benchmarks for LCA purposes are generally set below coastal markets, which can make sponsorship more financially feasible for employers. Graduates from the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University with STEM OPT authorization are a common entry point into the local market.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product analyst jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
