- 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience
- Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments
- Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
- Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc
- Actively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner and reviews design documents
- Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan
- Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas
- Manages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams
- Highly developed project management finance skills are required
