Job Description
The Sr AI Program Portfolio Manager will report directly to the Director, AI Solutions & Programs and serve as the operational lead for the Prism team’s AI portfolio under the direction for the VP of AI Solutions and Programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the team’s operating model is effective, scalable, and consistently followed by all AI Solutions & Program teams and Prism. The Senior Manager will drive continuous improvement of workflows, maintain sources of truth, and ensure data integrity across all AI initiatives. They will oversee portfolio reporting, identify trends and insights, and proactively address gaps in process and execution. This leader will play a critical role in building and evolving the Prism team’s operating models, fostering alignment, and enabling measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full AI portfolio for the Prism team, ensuring all programs are tracked, reported, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of the team’s operating model, ensuring consistent adoption across the AI Solutions & Programs team.
- Build, maintain, and improve workflows for data input, reporting, and portfolio management; ensure sources of truth are accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with Finance and Program teams to identify, track and report on Prism financials and LRP value stories.
- Identify gaps in process, develop solutions, and implement new workflows to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee portfolio reporting, analyze data, and surface actionable trends and insights for leadership.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and accountability across all AI initiatives.
- Facilitate regular reviews of portfolio status, risks, and opportunities; communicate findings to executive leadership.
- Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency within the team.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices for program management.
- Mentor and guide Business Unit Program Managers and Leads in effective portfolio and operating model practices.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Champion the use of data-driven decision-making and reporting across the team.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios, ideally within technology or AI-focused environments.
- Proven success leading operational transformation and driving adoption of new processes across diverse teams.
- Experience with financial models, budget and pacing.
- Strong understanding of program and portfolio management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize workflows, systems, and reporting structures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting and trend analysis.
- Professional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, with a focus on delivering business value.
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business contexts is a plus.
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 (bonus eligible)
