ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Prepare, report, and distribute weekly employee exit interviews
- Prepare and mail weekly benefit portability notices
- Upload, code, reconcile, and maintain benefit premium invoices
- Process weekly 401(k) payroll submissions & enrollment notifications
- Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment
- Previous administrative, customer service, or HR support experience is a plus, but not required
