We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring all products meet our quality requirements before they are released for use. - Use and interpret work instructions and associated documents to verify conformity of products, ensuring every detail meets established policies and procedures.
- Perform thorough final inspections of products to guarantee they meet all quality standards.
- Ensure all assigned inspections are properly documented, with corresponding record, reports and form accurately completed to prior product release.
- Create non-conforming material reports when necessary and perform analysis, inspection, troubleshooting and testing on identified non-conforming products and components.
- Maintain all inspection equipment, ensuring it is within calibration cycles and in optimal working condition.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality.
- Prepare accepted products for use by appropriately labeling and printing unique device identification labels as required.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous quality experience of a minimum of 2 years.
- Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
- Knowledge in all areas of inspection, including operation and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Experience in reading inspection processes and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Experience in using gauges and inspection equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ISO9000 or AS9100 Quality Systems is a plus
