This role is crucial in driving our construction projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management or superintendent role.
- Proven experience in work scheduling, cost estimation, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage subcontractors and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, quality control, budgeting, and safety management.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
