Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Residence Inn by Marriott is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. Must be able to work 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am shifts. You'll play a key role in creating a memorable stay by providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, genuine greeting and manage the registration process efficiently.
- Manage Reservations: Handle bookings, cancellations, and room assignments using our property management system.
- Be the Local Expert: Offer helpful information on hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining.
- Problem Solve: Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests or concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Financial Tasks: Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records. Close all daily reports.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
