Which social media companies sponsor visas in Pennsylvania?

How to find social media visa sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?

Focus on companies with established sponsorship histories in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, particularly those in e-commerce, media, and technology sectors that frequently hire for content strategy and digital marketing roles.
Which visa types are most common for social media roles in Pennsylvania?
H-1B visas dominate for social media analyst and digital marketing strategy positions requiring bachelor's degrees. O-1 visas occasionally apply for candidates with extraordinary achievements in digital marketing or content creation. F-1 students often transition through OPT programs at Pennsylvania universities before securing sponsored positions.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most social media sponsorship jobs?
Philadelphia leads with major corporations like Comcast and Urban Outfitters, plus numerous digital agencies. Pittsburgh follows with tech companies and startups. King of Prussia attracts many corporate headquarters with marketing departments. Smaller cities like Allentown and Harrisburg offer opportunities with regional companies and government contractors.
What are prevailing wage considerations for social media roles in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania's prevailing wages for social media positions vary significantly between Philadelphia/Pittsburgh metropolitan areas and rural regions. What is the prevailing wage for sponsored social media jobs in Pennsylvania?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
