- Identify underlying causes of incidents to prevent reoccurrence.
- System administration:
- Activities like license management, role and access management, installation and patching.
- Functional support:
- Resolves problems related to functionality, e.g. with BOM management, change management.
- Functional level user support and training.
- Expert level debugging and issue fixing:
- Defect fixing in PLM customizations, integrations, and core module implementation.
- Customization and development:
- Implement new features, scripts, workflows tailored to business needs.
- Technical support to system upgrades and migrations.
