Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including agile and waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply them effectively in project management
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to support cloud-based project initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and assimilate technical information such as designs, architecture, as well as the Business Logic/Client Journey into your understanding and planning of the Program/Project
