- Create product specifications, roadmaps, and datasheet inputs

- Guide technical tradeoffs with design, packaging, applications, and validation teams
- Track market trends, competitors, and product gaps
- Support product launch, sampling, and customer adoption
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, power electronics, applications engineering, system architecture, or product definition
- Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, multiphase voltage regulators, integrated power stages, power MOSFET technologies, and AI/datacenter power delivery architectures
- Experience interpreting customer and system-level requirements and translating them into product specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with power stage performance metrics, including efficiency, switching losses, thermal performance, current sensing, and protection features
- Experience defining semiconductor products from concept through production
- Knowledge of Intel VR, AMD SVI3, PMBus, telemetry, and server power architectures
- Experience with competitive benchmarking and roadmap planning
