JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT Support Analyst is a hybrid role responsible for providing frontline IT support while managing the organization’s technology assets. This position ensures employees receive timely assistance with technical issues and have the equipment and resources they need to be productive. The role combines hands-on hardware deployment and inventory management with Tier 1 IT support, troubleshooting, and escalation.

Compensation: $20 - $28 Hourly
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
- Provide account support including password resets, access management, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals).
- Oversee asset management, including procurement, distribution, tracking, and reclamation of IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure availability of devices and accessories.
- Facilitate onboarding by preparing equipment, configuring accounts, and conducting IT orientations for new hires.
- Support offboarding by reclaiming and resetting IT assets from departing employees.
- Log incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Document recurring issues and resolutions to build the IT knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and process improvements.
- Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Who you are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
- Experience in IT support, logistics, or a related technical role preferred.
- Familiarity with asset management practices and IT inventory tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for hardware deployment.
