Which companies sponsor visas for supply chain analysts in Texas?
Several large employers in Texas have documented H-1B sponsorship histories for supply chain analyst roles. These include ExxonMobil and Chevron Phillips Chemical in Houston, Toyota Motor North America in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Dell Technologies in Round Rock, and Amazon across multiple Texas fulfillment and corporate locations. Large consulting firms such as Deloitte and Accenture, which staff supply chain projects across the state, also appear regularly in DOL disclosure data for this role type.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain analyst roles in Texas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for supply chain analysts in Texas, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. TN visas are an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA, with supply chain management listed as a qualifying profession. Candidates already in the U.S. on F-1 OPT or STEM OPT extension can also work for a sponsoring employer while an H-1B petition is pending.
Which cities in Texas have the most supply chain analyst sponsorship jobs?
Dallas-Fort Worth leads the state for supply chain analyst sponsorship activity, supported by major corporate headquarters, distribution centers, and a large logistics sector. Houston is the second-largest market, driven by energy, petrochemical, and port-related supply chain operations. San Antonio has a growing presence due to manufacturing and military logistics. Austin is an emerging market as technology companies expand their operations teams there. All four cities show consistent H-1B filing activity for supply chain analyst positions in DOL disclosure records.
How to find supply chain analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate is designed specifically for international job seekers and filters supply chain analyst roles in Texas by visa sponsorship status, so you are not sifting through postings from employers who do not sponsor. You can narrow results by city, helping you target Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, or other active markets. Cross-referencing with DOL OFLC disclosure data for historical H-1B filings in supply chain analyst roles can also help you identify which Texas employers have sponsored in the past.
Are there any Texas-specific considerations for supply chain analysts seeking visa sponsorship?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since take-home pay can differ significantly from states with high income taxes, though employers must still meet federally set prevailing wage levels for H-1B positions. Texas A&M University, UT Austin, and the University of Houston produce large numbers of supply chain and industrial engineering graduates, creating competition from domestic candidates. International students from these programs on OPT often compete for the same entry-level sponsorship slots, so mid-level roles with specialized skills in areas like SAP, demand planning, or supplier risk management tend to attract stronger sponsorship interest.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain analyst jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
