About Sirona Medical
At Sirona Medical, we’re building software that enables physicians to work as fast as they can think. Each year in the U.S., billions of patient images are captured—and nearly all of them are reviewed and diagnosed by radiologists. These specialists are the central hub of diagnostic medicine: over 80% of all healthcare data flows through radiology IT systems. Yet despite their pivotal role, radiologists are overburdened by outdated, fragmented software which limits their efficiency and ultimately the quality and efficiency of care that health systems can provide patients. That’s where Sirona comes in. We’re a San Francisco-based, cloud-native software company with employees around the world. Our deep understanding of both the practice and business of radiology has allowed us to build RadOS —a unified, AI-powered operating system powering the entire radiology workflows.
How Sirona Solves the Problem
Sirona Is Uniquely Positioned To Transform The Way Radiology Is Practiced. We're Delivering The Organizational Shift That Both Individual Radiologists And Entire Practices Urgently Need
- A unified, intuitive, and platform-agnostic solution
- A streamlined workspace that makes every part of the radiologist’s workflow faster and easier
- The freedom to read from anywhere, for anyone
By cutting clicks, optimizing diagnostic time, and unlocking efficiencies that extend far beyond the reading room into all care settings, Sirona empowers radiologists—and in doing so, we help the entire healthcare system move faster, smarter, and with greater impact on patient outcomes.
About Us: At Sirona Medical, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support and service to the radiologists that use our platform, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and efficiency, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.

Which companies in Vermont sponsor visas for support associate roles?
UVM Medical Center, GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction, and several Burlington-based software and financial services firms have filed sponsorship petitions for support associate positions. Vermont's higher education institutions, including the University of Vermont, also sponsor international workers in support-oriented roles. Sponsorship activity is concentrated among mid-to-large employers with established HR and immigration compliance infrastructure.
Which visa types are most common for support associate jobs in Vermont?
The H-1B is the most frequently used visa for support associate roles that require a relevant bachelor's degree, such as technical support or client success positions tied to a specialty occupation. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status if the role aligns with a USMCA-listed occupation. Australian citizens can explore the E-3 visa. Each category has distinct eligibility requirements, and not all support associate roles qualify.
Which cities in Vermont have the most support associate visa sponsorship jobs?
Burlington accounts for the largest share of support associate sponsorship opportunities in Vermont, driven by its concentration of technology companies, healthcare employers, and financial services firms. Essex Junction sees activity from GlobalFoundries. South Burlington and Winooski, both close to Burlington, also host employers who have historically sponsored international workers in support functions.
How to find support associate visa sponsorship jobs in Vermont?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically to support associate roles where employers have indicated visa sponsorship availability, narrowing results to Vermont. This saves significant time compared to manually screening unfiltered postings. Migrate Mate's job board is built for international candidates, so listings are curated for sponsorship relevance rather than showing every open position regardless of immigration support.
Are there any Vermont-specific considerations for support associate visa sponsorship?
Vermont is a smaller state by employer volume, so the pool of companies actively sponsoring support associate visas is narrower than in major metro areas. Employers sponsoring H-1B workers must pay the prevailing wage for the role and location as certified by the Department of Labor, which is determined by the specific occupation and Burlington-area wage data. Candidates often find stronger pipelines through Vermont's university connections, particularly UVM's international student community.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored support associate jobs in Vermont?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
