ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first State Farm agency in 2015 and expanded to a second location in 2024, and together our two offices are supported by a team of 12 talented professionals. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a real estate broker and spent time with State Farm Corporate, which gave me a strong foundation for running a successful, people-focused business.
I’m a proud Jackson State University graduate and deeply rooted in my community — actively partnering with local churches, supporting neighborhood initiatives, and sharing my passion for retirement planning and wealth-building education.
Inside the office, I offer a supportive environment with great perks like free snacks, donut days, pizza Fridays, a 401k, health benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I value nice people, positivity, and strong character, and I’m looking for team members who are go-getters: disciplined, coachable, motivated, and ready to grow.
There’s tremendous opportunity for advancement here, especially for those who aspire to lead. Diversity is a core strength in our office, and we’re always excited to welcome individuals who bring fresh perspective and drive.

Which companies sponsor visas for support associates in Mississippi?
Healthcare organizations including Baptist Health Systems, Merit Health, and the University of Mississippi Medical Center have sponsored work visas for support roles in Mississippi. Large logistics and distribution employers operating near the Gulf Coast and in the Jackson metro area also appear in federal LCA disclosure data. Sponsorship availability varies by employer size, role scope, and whether the position meets specialty occupation requirements.
Which visa types are most common for support associate roles in Mississippi?
The H-1B is the most commonly sponsored visa for support associate roles that involve technical or analytical work and require a relevant bachelor's degree, such as IT support or systems support positions. Roles that do not require a specific degree field are less likely to qualify as specialty occupations. Some employers in education or healthcare settings may also sponsor J-1 or TN visas depending on the applicant's nationality and role structure.
Which cities in Mississippi have the most support associate sponsorship jobs?
Jackson is the primary concentration point for support associate sponsorship opportunities in Mississippi, anchored by healthcare institutions, state government contractors, and financial services employers. Hattiesburg sees activity tied to the University of Southern Mississippi and regional healthcare networks. Gulfport and Biloxi have a smaller but present base of support roles connected to hospitality, logistics, and federal contract employers along the Gulf Coast.
How to find support associate visa sponsorship jobs in Mississippi?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship status, making it straightforward to browse support associate openings in Mississippi without sorting through roles that do not offer sponsorship. You can narrow results by location, role type, and visa category to focus on employers actively hiring internationally in Mississippi. This is especially useful given that sponsoring employers in Mississippi tend to be concentrated in healthcare and technology services.
Are there state-specific considerations for support associate sponsorship roles in Mississippi?
Mississippi's lower cost of living means prevailing wage benchmarks for support associate roles may differ from national averages, which affects the wage floor employers must meet under H-1B Labor Condition Applications. The state's employer base skews toward healthcare, education, and government contractors, so relevant degree fields like information technology, healthcare administration, or business are more likely to support a specialty occupation classification than general support titles alone.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored support associate jobs in Mississippi?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
