- Assist in developing and maintaining a national framework of policies, procedures, and tools to standardize construction management and facility compliance.
- Monitor ongoing projects for risks and key metrics, while establishing consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Construction experience is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience would be a plus.
