ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as HVAC and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation.
How you will do it:
- Requisitions of new supplies and equipment.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
- Perform other duties as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Looking for someone with general maintenance and HVAC experience.
- Experience in HVAC commercial.
- Experience in general maintenance.
- Collaborate with general contractors, Electricians and other construction professionals.
- Must be able work various shifts and holidays as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check.
- Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
COMPENSATION:
- HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.07 - 31.73 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
