- Developing architectural drawings for use in both client presentations and construction documents
- Attending meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Participating in existing conditions surveys and base plan preparation
- Material and product research
- Addenda, clarification sketches, submittal reviews, and job site meetings during contract administration
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree from an accredited program
- Relevant professional, progressive experience in the field
- Experience with a broad range of project types, including residential, commercial, and hospitality, is preferred
- Collaborative, resourceful, disciplined, and quick learning
- Passionate for both design and the technical aspects of getting a project built
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and/or AutoCAD
- Experience in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or similar design software.
