Essential Job Functions:
- Provide expert technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks.
- Continuously monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
- Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving in relation to hardware and OS support
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Proven experience with Linux (RHEL, SUSE) operating systems.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience with data center server hardware maintenance support.
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, and/or Security+ and Linux certification are a plus
