THE JOB:
As a grave shift Casino Cage Supervisor, you will be at the center of our financial operations, leading the cage team to success. From balancing banks and ensuring compliance to delivering exceptional guest service, you’ll combine precision, integrity, and leadership to keep everything running seamlessly. By guiding your team, supporting MGM Rewards programs, and upholding our service standards, you’ll help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.
THE STARTING RATE: $24.00 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
- Grave Shift | Full Time
- 11:30pm - 7:30am
- Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including varied shifts, weekends and holidays
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversees quality standards, delegates tasks, compiles shift reports, and validates transactions per internal controls
- Supports the Casino Cage Manager in balancing banks and ensuring Title 31 compliance
- Provides exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and handling inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinates with Workforce Management and Cage Manager on staffing schedules and attendance to maintain proper staffing levels
- Assists in Human Resources duties, promoting guest service, teamwork, and employee satisfaction, and ensures training aligns with the company’s diversity commitment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Possesses 2+ years of prior relevant experience with cash handling and/or customer service
- Holds a high school diploma or GED
- Brings the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team
