- Assist clients in selecting high-end appliances, lighting solutions, and remodeling materials that match their style and needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through deal closing, including negotiation and upselling premium products.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Provide ongoing customer support post-sale, including maintenance advice, troubleshooting, and account management.
