INTRODUCTION
Day & Zimmermann is currently seeking a Timekeeper for a long-term, onsite position. Experience with union craft a plus.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all field accounting functions including SAP use, payroll, timekeeping, billing, fringe benefit remittance processing, A/R, A/P and all office administration activities.
Interfaces with the D&Z corporate accounting departments to ensure control and integrity of the field accounting and administrative processes.
Interfaces with client accounting departments to ensure the required deliverables are being met.
Assist with union craft fringe benefit remittance process at site level.
Supports open A/R issues.
Conducts all work within guidelines, policies and ethical standards established by the company. Maintains all business records and reports properly and honestly, protecting company and client assets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in related field of study or equal years of related work experience in a Maintenance/Modification or Construction environment.
COMPENSATION
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $17,000 - $95,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
