INTRODUCTION
Plant and prune peach trees and wine grapes. Tie and train wine grapes, and thin fruit blossoms by hand. Harvest peaches, mixed tree fruit, and grapes at appropriate ripeness. Must be able to climb up and down ladder with 40 lb. picking tote.
Employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and the Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order (COMPS order) #38.
Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 “peak weeks” for highly seasonal employers.
