- Serve as the technical representative for systems engineering methodologies, tools and processes related to pre-program of record technical development, capability development.
- Lead and/or participate in the design, development, and integration of systems, subsystems, and components, from concept through experimentation, prototyping, production and sustainment.
- Conduct detailed analysis and modeling of systems, including performance, effectiveness, and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop and maintain system specifications, technical documentation, and engineering drawings.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify system performance and compliance with requirements.
- Analyze test data, identify performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to systems.
- Expand your technical expertise through training and continuous education.
- Stay abreast of advancements in technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.
- 5 years of systems engineering experience on complex systems, with 3 year of experience using modern digital engineering tools and processes to perform system engineering tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of system of systems and system design principles, technologies, and architectures.
- Commanding understanding of system engineering principles and processes.
- Proficiency in digital engineering software/tools (e.g., MATLAB, Atlassian, ANSYS, CAMEO, Team Work Cloud, CAD software, AFSIM, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant military standards and specifications.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, Python scripting
- Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
