- Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes including CNC machining, welding, and assembly line operations to meet aerospace standards.
- Develop detailed schematics, CAD models (using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, ), and technical documentation to support process implementation.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations to resolve production issues swiftly and implement corrective actions that enhance process reliability.
- Collaborate with industrial engineering teams to apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies for process enhancement.
- Oversee fabrication and tooling setup, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and safety regulations across the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct factory experience assessments, implement vision inspection systems, and utilize CAD/CAM programming to improve quality control measures. Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or process engineering within an aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly lines, industrial equipment, CNC programming (including GDT and CAM), and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ; experience with schematics design is essential.
- Skilled in project scheduling, root cause analysis, tool design, and process validation methods.
- Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like factory layout optimization, tooling design, CNC programming, vision inspection systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry standards including ISO 9001 compliance; experience working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing facility is highly desirable.
