About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and driven AI Solutions Sales Specialist to join our growing Colorado team. In this role, you will work with digital agency owners and business leaders to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You don't need to be an AI engineer or have years of enterprise sales experience. We are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate strong communication skills, resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

You will receive hands-on training, guidance from experienced sales and technology leaders, and opportunities to collaborate with our AI specialists and engineers.

This is a hybrid position with a preference for candidates based in Parker, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, or the surrounding South Denver area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand AI Solutions: Develop a strong understanding of AI tools, AI agents, workflow automation, and emerging technologies, including their practical business applications.
• Engage with Prospects: Conduct discovery calls with agency owners, founders, and executives to understand their business challenges, goals, and operational needs.
• Recommend Solutions: Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, reduce costs, streamline operations, or create new revenue streams.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through proposals, follow-ups, objection handling, negotiations, and closing.
• Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with AI specialists and engineers to understand customer requirements, scope potential solutions, and align the right technical resources.
• Generate New Business: Follow up with inbound leads, event attendees, referrals, and existing prospects while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage the Sales Pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, and ensure consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
• Continuously Learn: Participate in training sessions, AI workshops, product demonstrations, and industry events to strengthen your product knowledge and sales capabilities.

What You'll Be Selling:

You will primarily focus on E2M's AI services and solutions, including:

• AI adoption, training, and consulting
• AI workflow automation and custom AI agents
• AI audits, strategy, and implementation roadmaps
• Dedicated and fractional AI engineering teams
• AI-powered business applications and custom solutions

You will also gain exposure to E2M's broader portfolio of web development, SEO, digital marketing, and technology services.

What Success Looks Like:

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to develop product expertise, build customer relationships, and consistently generate business results.

Key performance expectations include:

• Developing a strong understanding of E2M's AI solutions and their business applications.
• Conducting effective discovery calls and identifying qualified customer opportunities.
• Building and advancing a consistent sales pipeline.
• Progressing toward a target of 10 new agency customers per month following the initial ramp-up period.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and disciplined follow-up practices
• Building strong customer relationships that support successful, long-term engagements.

You will receive structured on boarding, product training, sales coaching, and support from our sales and technical teams to help you achieve these goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $35,000 annually.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 annually.
• Commission Structure: Performance-based, uncapped commission.
• Earning Potential: $80,000–$100,000+ annually for exceptional performers, depending on results.
