Assistant Project Manager

Perfect for a strong APM ready to take the next step.

You'll work directly with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, gaining ownership of project responsibilities while developing into a full PM role.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
• Assist with owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination
• Learn project financial management and forecasting

Qualifications

• 2-10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Ground-up commercial or industrial experience preferred
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred
