Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Director on strategic planning initiatives to enhance program growth, community engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance with licensing requirements.
- Supervise classroom activities and staff performance to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for students.
- Lead fundraising efforts by organizing events and cultivating relationships with community partners to support program sustainability.
- Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, meetings, and public speaking engagements to foster strong partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in education administration or preschool management, with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams of educators and support staff.
- Strong organizational abilities coupled with effective public speaking skills for community engagement.
