We are seeking an experienced Brand Experience & Partnerships Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role will focus on executing and scaling external brand engagement—bringing our heritage to life through events, partnerships, and community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and elevate brand activations, events, and community experiences that reflect JIFFY’s heritage
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with creators, culinary voices, and aligned organizations
- Support and execute co-branded collaborations and influencer engagement
- Lead cross-functional project execution across Sales, R&D, and Creative team
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and external partners to deliver high-quality execution
- Identify opportunities to expand brand presence through cultural moments and new platforms

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand partnerships, or related roles
- Proven track record of executing events, activations, and partnerships end-to-end
- Experience in CPG, food/beverage, or heritage brands strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work within an established brand voice and strategy
- Strong cross-functional project management and external partner management
- Comfort working in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to self-serve routine needs
