Spartan Floor Coatings provides premium concrete coating and complete garage transformation solutions for residential and commercial customers. Backed by a national franchise system, our Phoenix location is locally owned and focused on building a strong presence throughout the market.

We are looking for a highly motivated In-Home Sales & Business Development Consultant who can turn leads into appointments and sales while also getting out into the community to generate new business.

This is not a position for someone who wants to simply wait for leads to come in.

The right person will be comfortable working the CRM, making calls, following up consistently, running in-home consultations, asking for the sale, networking locally, developing referral relationships, attending events and home shows, door knocking, and finding creative ways to generate opportunities.

With an uncapped commission structure, your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to develop and close business.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead Conversion & CRM Management

• Work inbound leads quickly and consistently through the Spartan CRM.
• Call, text, and follow up with prospects to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
• Maintain an organized pipeline with accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and opportunity stages.
• Re-engage older leads and opportunities that have not yet converted.
• Maintain consistent follow-up rather than relying on one or two attempts to reach a prospect.
• Manage your appointment calendar and maximize the number of qualified consultations each week.

In-Home Sales

• Conduct professional in-home consultations throughout the Phoenix market.
• Understand the homeowner’s project, goals, timeline, and needs.
• Present Spartan’s coating systems, garage transformation options, warranties, and overall value.
• Prepare and present estimates confidently.
• Ask for the business and work to close opportunities during the consultation.
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities until a clear decision is reached.
• Build strong customer relationships that generate reviews, referrals, and repeat opportunities.

Business Development & Local Market Growth

You will also be expected to actively help grow Spartan’s presence throughout Phoenix.

This may include:

• Building relationships with local businesses, realtors, builders, property managers, contractors, automotive businesses, and other referral partners.
• Attending local networking events, community events, trade shows, and home shows.
• Developing referral and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Door knocking and prospecting in targeted neighborhoods and around completed projects.
• Following up with neighboring homeowners around active installation sites.
• Identifying commercial and residential opportunities throughout the market.
• Helping establish Spartan as a recognizable local brand throughout Phoenix.

We want someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it rather than waiting for someone else to create it.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience; home services, remodeling, roofing, windows, flooring, HVAC, automotive, real estate, or similar consultative sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Strong phone skills and confidence converting inquiries into appointments.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and following up consistently.
• Highly organized and willing to use the CRM every day.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Willing to prospect, network, attend events, and door knock when appropriate.
• Professional appearance and communication style when meeting homeowners and business partners.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Phoenix market.
• Competitive, accountable, and motivated by an uncapped commission opportunity.

Compensation

This is an uncapped commission opportunity designed for a motivated salesperson who wants their income to reflect their performance.

There is no artificial ceiling on earnings. The more effectively you convert leads, close projects, develop relationships, and generate new business, the greater your earning potential.

You’ll be a strong fit if you enjoy both sides of sales: working the opportunities already in front of you and creating new ones.

You should be comfortable spending part of your day following up with leads and managing your CRM, part of your day meeting homeowners and closing projects, and part of your week building Spartan’s presence throughout the Phoenix community.
