INTRODUCTION
United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2020. UIS is a U.S. subsidiary of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd. (UIS Taiwan) which was founded in Taiwan in 1982. UIS is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company. We provide fully integrated design-build services to our clients in the high-technology industry for their manufacturing facility needs. Our scope of services includes engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery in which clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, are all vital parts in need of total coordination.
SUMMARY
The Recruiting HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department through the administration of recruiting activities, employee lifecycle processes, temporary workforce management, and employment compliance programs. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, onboarding, maintaining employee records, overseeing temporary employee administration, and tracking visa and work authorization documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while providing exceptional support to employees, managers, candidates, and external staffing partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, including phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews for recruiters and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employment documentation and new hire processes.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Assist with employee status changes, employment verifications, and other HR administrative processes.
- Track employee work authorization documents, visa statuses, expiration dates, and related immigration records.
- Assist with visa compliance activities, including maintaining documentation and monitoring renewal deadlines.
- Support Form I-9 administration and employment eligibility verification processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, assignment tracking, and offboarding activities for temporary employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for staffing agencies and assist with temporary workforce administration.
- Prepare reports related to recruiting, employee records, visa compliance, and temporary workforce activity.
- Assist with HR audits, compliance initiatives, and special projects.
- Perform related administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative roles.
- Experience in construction industry, a plus.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Experience using sourcing methods like Boolean search techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, attentive to details, and can prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions.

- Maintain visual acuity sufficient to read labels, instructions, safety signage, and documentation.
- Maintain balance and coordination while moving materials or operating equipment.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments requiring frequent movement and manual labor.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical equipment.
- Indoor and/or outdoor work environments, which may include varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or active job sites, depending on project requirements.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
- Interaction with powered industrial equipment, tools, and vehicles.
